Antitrust: Commission sends Statement of Objections to Insurance Ireland for restricting access to a data sharing platform

European Commission Press release Brussels, 18 Jun 2021 The Commission has informed Insurance Ireland, an association of Irish insurers, of its preliminary view that it breached EU antitrust rules by restricting competition in the Irish motor vehicle insurance market.
